The Road in Them
Here, the rider is not an image, but a person, carrying memory, experience, and the marks of the road.
The Road in Them is a photographic storytelling series that turns away from the polished image of motorcycling and towards something more human.
It is about the lives, memories, and quiet truths carried by riders, and the way a story can unfold through image, gesture, gear, and the traces left by the road.

Identity, freedom, memory, resilience, routine,
and the emotions held in gear,
body gesture, and presence...
Through the Pain, the Joy and Beyond
The desire to ride brings with it its own weight, and this work turns towards that through a different lens. Lives shaped by fear, by happiness, self-doubt, bliss, by rebellion, struggle, and the stubborn will to keep moving through what might have stopped them. Different journeys, different wounds, different reasons, all tied together by one quiet, burning thread:
THE NEED TO KEEP RIDING
"These photographs are shaped in the moment they are taken, through light, atmosphere, props, camera settings, timing, and presence..."

Welcome, my name is Jen ...
My work moves towards intimacy and presence, looking for the traces people leave in gesture, atmosphere, objects, and the worn surfaces of lived experience.
